In my years with NatWest, I have always been very pleased with the service. Today, I went in looking for advice and to pay in a cheque, and David was very helpful with both of these things, explaining the options to me in detail. I left really happy, with both my queries resolved. The app is also quite good.

I had a problem with my card, went in and Sian was amazing at helping me sort it out. even though she wasn’t quite sure what the solution was she took the time to try different things with me using both the cash machines and the app until we got it fixed. super helpful and very friendly
Appalling customer service by 'ANNA BOURBON'. I used cash machine to deposit some cash and machine malfunction. Anna came in and asked me she can get the cash out. I requested her if she can be quick as my parking just ran out and I am looking at my car. She passed a horrendous comment without knowing any of the facts. Anna said 'You shouldn't park ill legally' How they can judge someone. Natwest you should at least hire people who can talk half decently. who dont cast opinions on vulnerable people. I cannot believe. I raised this to her and she passed her card onto me and told me feel free to complaint.
Useless branch and even more useless bank. Constantly mess me around and will only help after late charges have been applied. Multiple months with my online banking and app unavailable. Can't wait to be rid if this wretched "bank".
Recently just moved bank to NatWest and thrilled with the service received so far. Was helped by a wonderful member of staff, Anna Bourbon, very knowledgeable and friendly and really went out of her way to assist me. Thank you!
Awful Bank - claim they help Business's when they need a little support, but actually just help themselves. No support at all. Modern internet Banks like Starling or Monza are far more 21st Century
Incredible poor branch, long queues always. 3 counters available with only ever 1 member of staff serving while 3 direct you to join the long queue, 3 machines that always have at least 1 out of service sometimes all 3. Unapologetic and unhelpful staff. I quite often need to "pop" in to pay some money , when/if I can find a near by parking space I always get an hour because 30 mins is never enough, its insane ! Ive bank with Natwest for over 25 years and never had such consistently poor branch service as I experience in this branch. Someone need to sort this branch out and soon. Ive started to use the post office for paying in now and will not be wasting anymore time.
The staff were pretty efficient and helpful. I didn't wait long in the queue. I have a bag of coins to make deposit. The machine worked fine. I have nothing to complain about.
Hi Natwest, I am a good customer who joined Natwest because they were in Portswood with 2 counters open on Saturdays. Now, they might say they open again on Saturdays in town and I hope so as I do not do internet banking and I need to talk to a person nit necessarily a machine.
