'I'm absolutely disgusted with this store!!!!! I've been going to this store for years. I always do a shop on a Thursday. I can't drive as I have epilepsy, and I always go to Aldi first then ASDA. I did my usual shop at ASDA, and I paid for EVERYTHING, and as I walked out of the store, a security guard came running out and accused me of stealing, so I had to go back into the store feeling extremely embarrassed. They checked all my receipts, and guess what, all checked out fine. I didn't even get a sorry. They were clearly bored, so decided to pick on me. I'm feeling extremely stressed, and this isn't good for my epilepsy. You all should be disgusted with yourselves!!!!!!!!'
Car park is very run down, child spaces are very small and have a job getting a little one out and in the car especially is someone end up parking not completely in their spacennThey have ticket promos on the shelf for items that don't come off at the tills and staff try to fob this off, yet when another member of staff goes to check and confirms the promo ticket is there, they didn't even apologise for this.nnBest to avoid this store, there are plenty of other Asda near by that are better.
Dead plants when looking yesterday which was a shame... have previously slipped with my crutch on discarded packing cardboard here but is a bit tidier these days and staff are lovely.
Great place, staff very warm and welcoming, a lot better compared to other Asda's I've been to. Young tall lad from George was very friendly and was keen to help me. :
Stood at customer service for almost 10 minutes while 6 members of staff stared or ignored people waiting. Awful attitude from staff on the self serve checkouts. Ended up having to phone the store to get someone to come to the customer services.
