NatWest Bank

I have to say I always find the staff at NatWest Thame very helpful and professional, so cannot quite understand how others can possibly give such awful reviews on here! I have banked with Nat West for over 10 years now and find their services excellent, for all my needs.

Not a fan of the recent makeover and layout change. It's done nothing to reduce queuing times during busy periods - quite the opposite, in fact - and the 'muzak' is incredibly cheesy. The cashiers now also stand behind a desk, which is awkward when paying money in, especially if you get one individual who doesn't seem too happy in their job... "Go to the self-service machine," you might say. Well I would, if it didn't require a PIN number to do something as simple as putting money into an account, which is a nuisance when doing it on someone else's behalf. This isn't an issue at any other bank or building society!

Typical bank branch but it does have Two ATMs.
