This is a relatively small branch which only has one counter for serving walk in customers who want to deal directly with a person - apart from this it provides a bank of machines to deposit and withdraw money and to provide account details. There are also facilities for making an appointment to talk to an advisor by appointment.
Always had good experience at this branch. It's small and the staff are friendly. On the rare occasions I have to visit a branch, I prefer it to some of the bigger and busier ones.
We have been there for opening a bank account, Even though it took some time , the people were really kind with us and offered us some tea and always had a smile on there face , special mention to Camiele that have been really kind with us. Have a nice day, Victor Dubas.
A bit small and there are often queues for the counter staff. They do, however, have self-service machines inside to pay money and cheques in, which is convenient if you're in a hurry.
Really poor customer service. Nobody is bothered to speak and assist. I had to wait for over 30 mins for a simple money transfer.
Got to be the most painful bank in the world to get anything done quickly.
