What lets this store down dramatically is that it is dreadfully understaffed. When you have people who want to pop in and grab a meal deal, collect and drop off parcels or send post or draw their pension, you cannot run the store with a shift of one or two staff members. Locals told me there's regularly a long wait in a queue as there just aren't enough staff on shift to cover everything. The young lad staffing the till when I visited was racing around trying to keep everyone happy, a real credit to the company, but it is not fair to the staff or the customer for that to be a regular situation. Other than this problem, it is a well-stocked store with a great variety of food and drink for its size, in a convenient location right in the middle of Thame and a few seconds walk from free public parking. Store manager - more staff on a shift!
I don’t normally post reviews but Morrisons daily is one of the best things to come to Thame!! The staff are always happy and willing to help at any time. Tyler done an amazing job with that place, I recently popped in on Monday and him and Casey I believe were so energetic and happy. Such a great atmosphere
This store was formerly Martins Newsagents but fortunately it was taken over by Morrisons when they went bankrupt. It is now a mini supermarket with newsagents and a Post Office Counter at the back. It has a good range of items on sale for its size and staff are friendly and helpful. The Post Office Counter is usually busy and this will only get worse when the last back in town closes later this year 2024.
I think it’s lovely in there. All the staff are friendly and talkative making it a welcoming place. Fast service on the tills as well as someone else around to help you if you need it. Very nice and my favourite shop in Thame!
Tyler and his team member saved me tonight when we forgot it was Sunday and we Ran out of baby milk formula. There was no one on the shelf. Tyler’s assistant went to have a look and couldn’t find any out back. Tyler went and looked also after by himself and found the one we needed. As it was a Sunday and about 9:25 they was closing soon but despite being busy stocking up and cashing up they managed to serve me and went above and beyond. Thanks guys appreciate it very much. You saved me and my fiancé from a bad night sleep.
Unable to collect parcel as didn’t have ID, that’s okay, went home collected my ID. Went back and got told the parcel had been sent back to the depo?! Fantastic waste of time. Apparently it’ll be back tomorrow?

Shocking customer service. Whoever was behind the til between 1-2pm 20th December. Work on your customer service. A Hi and thank you as a minimum to a paying customer. It's basic human interaction. You started at me blankly without saying a single word to me during the entire transaction. Won't be spending any money in there again.
The staff in the post office are absolutely fantastic. They are efficient and incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had issues with a parcel that was being delivered and they were fantastic at resolving the issue. Excellent team.
Got kicked put for not buying anything because it was out of stock. He made me queue outside for 5 minutes but he let lots of other people in before me and my friend and the others queuing outside. He watched them walk in. It is a rubbish ship and is painfully overpriced. The post office is also a scam. A small parcel cost £8 to post. 1 star is generous for this shop if I could give it 0 then I would.
