I used the fabulous Darren Meehan as my broker. Once again, he came up trumps for me. He is knowledgeable, swift and very patient. It was an absolutely painless process and so quick. He applied for my mortgage on the Monday, the mortgage company instructed the valuation on the Tuesday, the valuer visited the property on the Wednesday and I received my mortgage offer on the Thursday! I would recommend Darren 100% every time.

My investment portfolio is subject to the policy pressures mandated by the government. As such my financing needs are constantly changing. BMI are extremely knowledgeable and up to date with lending criteria and have solid relationships with banks. As my mortgage needs change, Darren and the team are always able to offer a unique solution. Great service as always.
