Went in today 11th January to transfer some money. The member of staff I think her name was Claire was very helpful, cheerful and efficient especially in resolving a query with one of the transfers. Thank you!
The girls in my local branch have been so patient and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile. Whitley Bay NatWest 5 stars.
I went to open an account and it took about 20 mins to find someone to do it. Then when I went to put my money in the account the manager said he would do it. So I payed my money in and asked for a receipt and he would not give me one because he said he clicked a wrong button. He then wrote down a note on a piece of paper for me and said that was my receipt. Their coin counter also does not work. I put money in it took half of it. When I told the manager he was reluctant to check the machine and give me my money back. Never use that machine get the staff to count it them self.
Was served by a prickly knickers, very rude and unhelpful. I made a mistake when paying in a cheque and was made to feel so uncomfortable. Thankfully Natwest are very helpful and friendly when I phone them. Why work in that profession if you have zero personality!!
Rude staff member. The one with glasses dark brown hair. Very rude . Its a shame the blond lady is very nice she need a lesson in manners.
Should be no stars........ This branch and the manager are absolutely diabolical. The staff are unhelpful and the manager is more interested in going home than helping a customer who has had money taken wrongly from their account. He is trying to close my account even though my account is with a different branch and manager. Be very wary of this branch..
This is the worst NatWest branch I have ever dealt with, customer service ethic is awful. Years ago, tried to change my account name to my married name, gave up after 2 attempts as they kept telling my branch that they had lost paperwork.
Rude, unhelpful cashier. Spoke to in an abrupt dismissive manner, very disappointing from NatWest. Not sure if she had a bad day but certainly don't direct it to your customers!
Very rude customer service for counter service. Sharp and snappy - didn't have name tag on . Janice was lovely, other lady was rude.
Every time I see the advert "we are what we do" I get annoyed. Natwest are rubbish. Opening an account with them has been a very bad experience. I would suggest anyone thinking of opening an account, think again!!!! tried to give no stars......
