I have paid for a full body massage, it was done by an European girl which was very nice but seem to have lack of knowledge about her job. Some parts of the body were ignored... My main concerned area was the neck which was untached... Is the first time in many years that I am very disappointed with Siam.
Came in nervous but was made super comfortable to the point of getting a virtually painless wax! I’d fly here every time if I could. It was that pleasant 100/100
Paid for a full body massage. The European girl there ignored my glutes and hamstrings. Just remember a full body massage is not a full body massage in that place . The massage area is like a old hospital and you feel your on a hospital bed. Friendly enough tho
My favourite place for a massage. I've had great deep tissue massages at this location and the one at 12 Lavender Hill for years. The price is very reasonable for London and for how good they are, and if you are into steam and sauna, the fact that they are included for any 5 is fantastic. They are small, but there has never been anyone else using them on the odd occasion I've gone into them. The fact that people generally come just for their massage without using the steam and sauna shows just how good the massages are. The place is always clean and comfortable, with friendly reception staff and my masseuses have always spoken more than enough English to communicate with one another. My favourite masseuse of all time is Lina at the 12 Lavender Hill one, and I must sing her praises even at the risk of her getting booked up as a result of this review! For deep tissue all I ever get and understanding of the muscles in the body, there is honestly no-one better and I'd recommend her to anyone. On top of being a great masseuse, she's also a lovely person to talk to on my visits every 2-4 weeks. I leave there feeling renewed and relaxed... exactly what I need! Don't forget to bring cash they can take card, but prefer cash, and there is a convenient cash point just outside this location.
Very pleased with my recent visit for massage. Lady who took care of me was very professional and very good in what she was doing. I didnt have to even tell her what and where I had pains. After the visit I feel like new. In the price you have towel, shower, sauna and steam room available. The also have lockers available and staff is so friendly. Definitely will be back and recommending this place for anyone who need extra strong massage.
Yes they are cheap but there is a reason for that. I had a deep tissue massage and it was exceptionally mediocre. Absolutely zero massage technique leading me to believe they have not done any formal training. Don’t waste your money. Bodyness which is 30 seconds further along give amazing massages for only £5 more.
I've been coming to no 12 for waxing and massage for years now. All the girls are fantastic at their jobs and the reception staff are always so welcoming. I've been treated to massages in some posh places before but I can honestly say that none of them have been as good as the massages I've been given here!! Sure, it's a pretty basic looking sort of place but I've always felt relaxed and at such very reasonable prices, you can't really ask for more! I also love their sauna and steam rooms! Thank you so much to everyone at no 12 Siam Beauty!!! Xxxx
Fantastic customer service! I am a regular as I work 2 doors from the salon and everytime it is a fantastic experience that I have. From the greeting to the door, massage and then before I leave the staff is making it special. The massages are exceptionally good value for what you get. I have never been disappointed, and to top it all after 1 hour session you have access to the sauna and/or steam room. I highly recommend Siam Beauty and would not go anywhere else.Looking forward to my next massage.Enjoy.Gaelle
This is a review for the one further up the road near Sainsburys. Massages are reliably good - if you ask for a deep tissue, that’s exactly what you get. The receptionist is always happy to help and professional. The therapists I’ve had are always professional and experienced. For the price you pay it’s very reasonable.
I have been coming here for years with no problems. Unfortunately my last visit changed all that an I will not be coming back or recommend this place to anyone. Especially for a wax unless you like your skin in imitate areas being ripped out. I got a refund only because I was able to provide proof but I was still made to feel that it was my fault and the “therapist” has never had anyone complain about her before and she had been with them for years. Pictures don’t lie.
