VERY unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Upon completion of the work, I was asked to get into the work van (I presume to get out of the cold) in order to make payment, which was fine. However, once the payment had gone through, the workman then said "I do not want to offend you, but my colleague (Greg, apparently) had wanted to do the job, but he was unable". So instead, "Greg" had asked this workman to take a picture of me. I of course refused and asked why, to which he replied that he didn't know. I then asked if he had taken one already, he said that he hadn't, just that his colleague had asked him to. I do not think this is acceptable, nor is it very good customer service. Not only do I find this very unprofessional, I feel that it is very invasive. This person knows where I live, where I work, my telephone number, my car registration and Insurance policy number! Fortunately, I was at work, in a secure office car park where there were lots of people around. However, my concern would be that this could potentially have happened to someone a lot younger, or at someones home, and it could've turned out very differently. I would NOT recommend.
