I recently visited the Service department at Hull Audi with my 5 year old A7, I cannot recommend them highly enough...I received a text message during my cars repairs with a video of the condition of the car...How transparent is that... From the Service Advisor who dealt with me to Tom the Workshop Manager I couldn't have been dealt with in a more professional manner. I also didn't expect it to be as cheap as it was for a main Audi dealer. Easily the best main dealer experience I have had in 25 years of driving...Great job.

Put together a really good deal on a car at short notice. Helpful and friendly all the way through, salesman replied to questions on his days off, couldn't expect more. Thank you.

I went to Audi over the Christmas period looking to buy a Q3 S-line and trade in my wife’s Mini Cooper works I bought for her birthday. I was met by pleasant staff informing they were closing when the store quietens. We chose one and wanted to test drive it before signing on the dotted line that day. However we were greeted by a sales advisor who showed no interest and told us to come back in a couple of days when he had more time? I admit I am not in sales, but surely they are there to close a sale? Funnily enough I did not return. Very poor customer service indeed. I would have expected better from a prestige car dealer.

Fantastic service from all we came in contact with. From the welcoming smile at the reception desk to the highly professional and yet fun guidance from Mike and Rod to get my wife and I into the right cars for us. I will certainly be back again.
