A great experience buying my first Audi and I was very happy with the entire process. Showroom staff were welcoming and the sales executive Sam was brilliant to deal with. She was well trained and knowledgeable, and explained the whole process thoroughly. She was also very friendly and enthusiastic and made a potentially dry process quite fun. The car was used but was immaculate when I collected it, having had several opportunities to view it and discuss options. Highly recommended dealership.
We were well looked after by your friendly salesman Alan Leyland. Alan helped us to sort out a transfer of ownership from our existing Mercedes CLE to the purchase of a used Audi Q5 which we had identified online. The slightly complicated process was well handled by Alan and we were delighted with the condition of the Audi Q5 once we had had a chance to inspect it. The documenting process was well handled by Alan for which we were very grateful.
Collected my brand new e-tron Audi recently from JCT600 Audi Hull dealership and my experience with everyone there was nothing short of excellent. I personally dealt with Daniel Yates who firstly gave me an in depth talk about the features of the car, allowing me to make my own choices about what features I wanted, then kept me up to date regularly along the process whilst waiting for the car to be built. When collecting the car Dan spent a good amount of time talking me through how to access each feature of the car and answered every question I had about the car itself. Overall, I'm very happy with the whole process and will definitely be visiting this dealership when it comes to my next car in the future.
The level of service we received was absolutely excellent in all respects. We dealt primarily with Samantha Gorringe. Particularly impressive, was the scope and depth of her product knowledge throughout all aspects of the process. A two year old Q2, which has covered less than 10,000 miles, was sourced from JCT600 in Sheffield and was meticulously prepared prior to our taking delivery. Simon Stainforth was equally professional and looked after us extremely well when Samantha Gorringe was away on a short well deserved break. Therefore, we are looking forward to receiving equally excellent service throughout our ownership of the car.

The whole experience from initial contact to picking up the car was stress free.nSam and Simon in Sales were extremely friendly and helpful.nEven though we live in Newcastle, we would highly recommend and Audi Hull and have no hesitation in dealing with them again.
