The best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We can’t thank JCT600 Audi Hull enough.nFrom contacting Chris utterly in sales about a vehicle that we were interested in. He went above and beyond giving us all the information that we needed and sending us a video of the vehicle that we had seen. All within about 20 minutes. We arranged a day and time to come down which was just under a 2 hour drive. Recently had my car serviced. Staff were friendly and polite. The work was carried out in good time with an explanation provided on pick up as to what work had been completed. I asked for a loan car when I booked the service and this was provided. My own vehicle had been washed. I was informed promptly when my vehicle was ready for pick up.
Think twice before purchasing a car from here. Picked up an Audi Q3 in April and reported the fact it was shaking to JCT straight away as it could be felt on the drive home - it’s been back and forth to here a number of times to the point I tried to refuse the car which was declined after arguing back and forth. It’s been to two local Audi centres near me so I could get more opinions on what they think the issue is after being told ‘it’s just how the car drives’ and both have confirmed the car has buckled alloys which evidently has been present since the day I picked the car up. £4k it’s going to cost until the car will be right and comfortable to drive, mistake buying from here!

Perfectionist to the details, never seen such great service, well done. Car was prepared in an excellent condition, info passed regarding all the features of the car and even mile ahead. I am very very happy new client. Another dream came true- driving with one of my favourite type of cars, over the moon.
The whole process ran smoothly & on time through from booking to collecting my vehicle. I was treated courteously & kept fully informed and was looked after well with the work being done in my best interest. As I live over 20 miles away the process was made much easier through me being allowed a courtesy car.
