My experience at Livingstone Motor Group was memorable because I had excellent help from the very first phone call.  I was offered a test drive and was able to examine the car thoroughly.  I was given a clear description of how the car would be checked and prepared before we paid for it and collected it.  Adam Stephenson, the Sales Executive who helped us through the entire process, was polite, helpful, informative: excellent support from start to finish.  Since buying the car I've received Warranty and Roadside Assistance documentation: again, all done quickly and exactly as promised.  Adam and his colleagues provided superb service and helped us buy a terrific car.  I will happily recommend Livingstone Motor Group to anyone I know who is buying a car.

I can honestly say after 25 years of driving company / lease vehicles, this is the best dealership I have ever known. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are attentive and accommodating. They do things when they say they will. Very efficient service. Special mention has to be given to Phil and Peter who could not be more helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Have just transferred to this dealership after the one I purchased my new Ssangyong from ceased trading. The management were excellent in arranging for my Service Plan to be transferred to them and for my first annual service to be undertaken on time. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the service carried out to the timescale agreed when I booked in. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.
