I recently needed to replace my Mercedes lease vehicle and was drawn to the EQE model after seeing offers on the Mercedes website In December 2024 . While I initially explored options in London, I found the process a bit impersonal and wasn’t sure how to go about ordering a car online. That’s when I came across Mercedes-Benz Hull on the website that had the car I wanted in stock , and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Christian Freebury—and I can confidently say that working with him made all the difference.nnFrom the very first conversation, Chris was exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable and informative but also genuinely invested in helping me find the right car. He took the time to walk me through the different model variants, pricing options, and features, ensuring that I felt completely comfortable with my decision. He was always available to answer my many many! questions and was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. It was over a few weeks and across the Christmas period but he was always available to reach out .nnWhat really stood out was the level of care and attention from Chris and his team. Their digital setup is fantastic—they provided detailed videos of the car, sourced the perfect model when it wasn’t immediately available, and ensured every aspect of the purchase was smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Chris's support, I ultimately decided to upgrade to a higher model, knowing I was in trusted hands.nnThe entire process, including paperwork, was handled remotely with ease, and I was more than happy to take the train from London to Hull to collect my new car. My experience of the Service Department at Lister Mercedes in Hull has been outstanding. Andy Mucklin Service Manager and his team, with Lee and Chris, have provided first class service to me with both the service and maintenance of my old 1997 Mercedes W140 S500. I have used three independent Mercedes specialists over the past twenty years and they were all fine, but the care and attention, technical expertise and competance provided by Andy and his team is on another level. I can thoroughly recommend them.
Five star all the waynFrom entering the building you are made to feel welcome the receptionist will offer you a coffee, then invite you to walk round the showroom. A salesman will come and offer his help in our case it was Oliver Sharpe.nWe was looking for a CLE but did not know which model, Oliver helped us chose a CLE 200 Premier edition coupe the car was ordered and we had it 9 days later.nThe car is fantastic Oliver was definitely right, the knowledge of the cars he is selling is impressive.nI would highly recommend listers Mercedes of Hull ,this is a FIVE STAR reviewnIf you are thinking about buying a BMW read my 1 star review of stratsone BMW Hull on Google or their Facebook page it could save you a lot of money .nThis is my first Mercedes it definitely won't be my last
