My son had an MOT done by these guy's, they failed the car on a seized cylinder and one that was leaking, also a rear break shoe, they quoted nearly £300 to fix, we took it to a friend of ours, and he took it to a reliable and honest garage, who found it only needed the one cylinder fixed!, cost was £60, they said National attempted to get more money out of my son, the garage repaired it, and told my son to go back to National for the free re-test and said for National to call him if there was was a problem, National took the car for re-test and was done in literally 10 mins, and told us it was a big improvement (lying sods!!) On another occasion the said they would call us, we waited all day to pick car up, so on phoning them they said it was ready hours ago!!! They didn't bother calling us, and we ended up chasing after them. We will not be using them again, they were brilliant years ago, but now it's run by incompetence and rip off merchants!

Had 2 tyres fitted today, price, service was excellent, prompt service. Have used them before and never had any issues. I don't normally give reviews on google but credit where it's due.

Popped in on a bank holiday Monday without an appointment and the staff were very accommodating and fitted a couple of new tyres in less than one hour. Would use again.

Told me they would call back within 15-20 mins and 6 hours later still no call back, so ended up going elsewhere
