I'm very happy with my experience here.  After being let down by another garage in Manchester, where I was booked to have a suspension check done, I drove my car to National to see if they might be able to fit something in.  Leaving my car with Dean to have a look, he called me later to say that all was well and the car didn't need anything done.  Best of all, the check turned out to be free.  Great service, nice staff, super friendly young girl on reception didn't get her name.  Thanks to all.

I am really satisfied all the time when I go there. My car, Citroen DS4 was service all time very professional and in time. The guys from there are amazing and friendly, they help me out all the time.

Had an appointment for 11.30am and didn't get my car looked at until after 4pm. Didn't get it fixed because they didn't have time and left me on the waiting room for over an hour. Poor communication, nobody phoned me - I had to come back in myself. Seems like the staff just forget customers are waiting while they have a chat. £50 and a whole Saturday wasted on a diagnostic. Do not recommend at all.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, Payed and booked the time online, upon arriving at the selected branch, Hulme in Manchester, I was informed it would take 3 hours and that the booking times given are a drop off time!! I phoned head office who said they have told me wrong information and the time you book is the time your car begins its repair, In the end I told them to cancel the repair due to this and got a refund! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, Follow up from this I emailed head office regarding this and they did not reply!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TYRES OR REPAIRS!

Booked in for 8:30am for puncture repair, left at 9:30am with a new tyre. Received nothing but excellent and exemplary service throughout all members of staff. Definitely the place to go.

Booked in at 9:30 am as I had things to do in the afternoon. The email when you book says it can take up to an hour and a half. I was told to come back between 12 and 1pm, I was a little shocked at the time. I came back at 1:30pm and the car had only just been taken in to be looked at. I’m sat in the waiting room writing this at now 2pm. Why do you book a time slot if it simply going to be ignored? If you use National Tyres, don’t make any plans for the day.

I went here for my MOT test and also free winter vehicle safety check. I replaced a punctured tyre in the past. It’s less than 5 minutes from where I live. They also do free brake checks. One of the staff is really friendly and professionally. They will call you once it’s ready. You can also wait in their waiting room with seats if you like. They will then let you know the quote if any work is required.

Absolutely fuming.. Got told to turn up early otherwise I would have to wait.. Got there 20 min before appointment to be told I would have to leave vehicle for at least 3 hours.. The person behind counter didn't even apologise.. Just said they couldn't do it before then.. Very abrupt and rude.. So now left without a vehicle as rear tyres are illegal.. If you want job done and good customer service then don't go here..

Had to reschedule for a safety inspection to the following week as unable to honour the booking slot that had been pre registered online.

The online booking system works perfectly and is very easy to book an appointment online for services. The staff were very helpful and professional too.
