Booked in to get my wheel tracking done after a mobile mechanic I trust replaced some front suspension parts earlier in the day. They very quickly decided that they couldn't do the job due to tie rod ends being seized. However, despite them having my phone number and them claiming to have called me, no message was received. So, I wasted an hour waiting for this simple job to be done. Also, they confirmed that they have no facility to heat the tie rod ends Using an induction coil on site, which can free them up from corrosion which can cause seizure. So, the garage does not have the basic equipment needed to perform this straightforward job. Finally, on checking with the mobile mechanic, they had inspected the tie rod ends anticipating that alignment would be needed, in their exact words: 'they weren't rusty so I wouldn't expect them to be seized.' While National Tyres immediately allowed a refund by setting the appointment was cancelled, this does not compensate for the wasted time and effort. I will not waste my time with them again.
Appalling service!! My partner booked a mobile tyre fitter on the main website and on two dates both were cancelled for no reason they have failed to complete the work. We have tried to get a refund back and no one responds by email and the phone lines are just constantly on hold. I will not be using this company again and it’s complete failure of a service! Avoid at all costs!!!
Like other reviewers- NEVER come here if you need same-day service. I popped a tyre by the train station and needed it replaced. Got charged £210 for a Primacy 3 tyre! And the guy behind the desk managed to say with a straight face that they were just charging me what they pay. Business must be good for them to be screwing over locals like this!
Thank you National Tyres in St Coss. After blowing out a tyre on a pothole, the team have been incredibly helpful & professional. National Tyres were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday afternoon to fit our new tyre. Albeit Halfords quoted the wrong tyre size, National Tyres had what we needed & did everything they could to keep the cost as low as possible.
Abysmal. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE. Awful customer service, the team who work here are blatant liars and will rip you off. Been in to get tracking sorted and they wanted me to pay for four new tyres, totally unnecessary.

Great customer service booked 4 new tyres to be fitted to our minibus arrived on site was told normally they don't do minibus due to size thankfully the tyre fitter swiftly cracked on with getting all 4 tyres off and changed massive thanks to the tyre fitter working didn't catch his name but was a young lad in a halfords top thank you for good service
Took my car with a slow puncture on the rear wheel. Two fitters looked at it and said there was no sign of puncture and it was probably just the weight of the car, seriously! I was told it would need a new tyre but I took it elsewhere and they found the screw sticking out of it and repaired it in less than 20mins. Poor service and up selling be warned.
Awful middle age staff , the boss needs to remove staff when being ugly - poor service - wouldn't use again
A real "don't care" attitude. Couldn't be bothered to even book a time to repair a puncture. Just told me to keep coming back to see if it was convenient for them! There are better places to go for tyres.
