Guys at Kwik Fit were so efficient with sorting out my punctured tyre. I know absolutely nothing about cars but they were so accommodating and sorted everything for me. Id recommend this garage to anyone in the Winchester & surrounding areas. Cheers guys!
I was super happy because being able to have my tyres changed on a Sunday after a blow out on the motorway meant we could start our holiday with only a day's delay! Also the tearoom recommended by the person on the front desk was excellent.
As a woman, I often dread taking my car to a garage as I am often patronised. However, I made my first visit to Kwik Fit Winchester last week, and the team could not have been more helpful. I was seen efficiently, despite not having an appointment. The team were very responsive to my issue and clearly explained to me the problem and the cause with the tyre. They were clear on possible solutions and prices, and ensured I understood and was happy to proceed before work was carried out, which was done very efficiently. Would highly recommend the team in Winchester, and would not hesitate to return if / when I have any future issues.

Today I needed the car urgently for something this afternoon that was really important and of all the times I got a puncture on my nearside front tyre when driving down the a31 on the way to getting diesel of all times. I managed to get the car to them and I explained to the man on reception that it was really important that I had the car for this afternoon and although they were busy he managed to fit me in and the job was completed within around 1 hour 30 minutes. Thanks for helping out at short notice when my car was most needed.
Very helpful/ polite and co-operative staff crew. They managed to arrange specialist when my car's flat tyres wheel nut jammed and stored my car for free of charged for two days.
The guy in charge yesterday was under pressure as a staff member had phoned in sick. But despite this, he sorted my four tyres and I was able to be off to my meeting as agreed… great service!
Everyone was really nice and helpful, i had an MOT and a service and it was really quick and they called when my car was ready. Jason was especially helpful and kind helped me get quotes and was very patient when I was deciding what work to get done
Discovered my first ever puncture when I got back to my car at the end of a long work day. Managed to drive to Kwik-Fit Winchester, getting there just 30 mins before they closed. They sorted it out straight away, repairing my front tyre- I’m so so grateful to all the team thank you so much for your speed, skills, and generosity!!
Gave the car for MOT and got it back in about an hour, they looked busy but everything was on time. Great service and very polite stuff. However, they scratched the steering wheel, I think it will come out with time but absolutely not ideal. Should have handled it with more care.
