Shame with this covid situation, we can not visit the museum  for now. we used to support local art,  visit and see interesting art work, natural history, Welsh ice age, love knowing about Welsh culture.Awsome

The National Museum of Wales is awesome, entrace was free but donations are welcome and it has coffee shop too. Amazing place to go with family. Lots of dinosaurs and natural history so much fun, love it!

Beautiful museum built in Cardiff's golden era when coal was king. Nice collection of Welsh art, popular dinosaur etc exhibits for the kids, and special exhibitions. In November 2020 a moving exhibition of Richard Burton.

A really nice museum to go to and spend a bit of time in This is worth looking around and I’m sure you will enjoy some parts of the museum at your own leisure

Great place and it's free! There are loads of donation places to support the museum and the new virtual reality showing the history of earth is £10 for 15 minutes and totally worth it! I could easily spend the whole day there and great for the whole family.
