Excellent little museum, run by fantastic volunteers, offering very enthusiastic talks and information about the history of the building and whole site. Displays are interesting and you can enjoy a nice cup of tea and cake in the old cottage at very reasonable prices.

Lovely museum with tea room. Runs evening classes for pottery and glass fusing. Weekend events included taster sessions and craft fairs. Check out their advert for details.

Excellent little museum sitting conveniently near the Taff Trail. The volunteer guides June and Jeff were so welcoming, friendly and passionate about the museum, really selling all the stories connected to the place. It has very good ceramic workshop, so attending any workshops would be an experience. Examples of Nantgarw Porcelain and porcelain from Swansea, as well as earthenware and salt glazed pottery produced at the place after production of the Nantgarw porcelain failed.

The museum is closed for winter but there are pottery classes which are great fun. It's not that easy to find and parking and access are on a hill (well it is Wales after all) but I hope the revival continues!
