A contemporary new restaurant situated in the amazing new Nantgarw campus. Nant offers you superb food at reasonable prices all prepared and serviced by our students under the guidance of their professional chefs and front of house staff. Our staff and students are eager to show off their skills and put YOU their customer first!

Join us for morning coffee or a variety of breakfast snacks, three course lunches, we even provide an in house or takeaway service for snacks, buffets and private functions

I love the food at the Nant restaurant. It is unusual, very attractive, delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly, helpful and very professional They prepare food suitable for special diets if you let them  know when you book. I go to the restaurant regularly and have never been disappointed, its amazing they are students who work here. Give your taste buds a treat and book a meal

Absolutely amazing meal at Nant today. Knowing the meals are cooked by students I didn't know what to expect but can honestly say I wasn't disappointed this meal was as good as any I've had in many top restaurants but at a fraction of the price. If you get a chance to book snap it up you won't be disappointed

Perfect lunch cooked by head chef Jay Morris. Beautifully presented and so very tasty. Exceptional service and quality food. Thanks for a memorable meal. Look forward to returning.

Had the most wonderful 3 course meal tonight.. Guinea fowl terrine then rump of lamb then chocolate brownie.. Awesome, I've booked to go another twice again.. Try it you'll love it

Food and service all provided by the students . Food was prepared by 3rd year student and was excellent. Pork tenderloin one of best I have eaten anywhere including Michelin star. Food and drink cheap but booking advised. Shame don't open on more evenings. Great place for great food.
