I came on Friday evening on the 29th December and my experience was excellent. The manager and all the staff were extremely helpful. They also spotted our parking ticket as we were leaving the branch for the nearby Clements car park which they gladly offered to stamp which reduced the final fare by a few pounds once we got back to our car. This was unexpected but greatly welcomed. Would recommend everyone asking who goes there as it isn't advertised.

Woman with short hair was horrible. Left customers waiting while she play fought with her co workers. Completely unprofessional. Food was good like other nando restaurants.

I was looking forward to my lunch break at Nandos this sunny afteroon at Ilford branch and my entire meal experience was ruined when I found out that in a Greek fetta cheese salad there were no fetta cubes. Initially, I thought they were covered or hidden under the leaves, but to no avail. I told the manager but she straightway denied it by pointing at a little fetta crumb at the side of my plate. I said that now it was too late and she left saying that she would look at Cctv camera about it. This was appalling, because she even threatened me that she would call the police. I have never come across such poor management and customer skills. She stated that I could remain seated and she would definetely take her time checking. I am speechless! This could have easily been sorted out with a good will gesture of a free meal or salad and it would have avoided naming and shaming this branch. The manager deliberately chose to act this way because I have dined at Nandos and will do with my family, but not in the one in Ilford. Ever again. She needs to take up further training on customer management and complaints policy. A pathetic, so called manager.

Very busy. Dont sit next to the entrance, the door makes an annoying sound! Cesar salad came without crutons or parmesan - at £10 a shot was not impressed.
