Went there last week with my wife and we both agreed that it was the best burger meal we ever had. It’s pricey but worth every penny. Staff were good and friendly. 5 stars.

The greatest burger I've ever experienced. I would punch the moon just to have another Buffalo chicken burger right now. I'd also kiss a skunk for some of the cheesey fries. The staff are incredibly friendly. However I do wish the offered a meal deal.

Good and consistent. Always usually happy with the service and food. The salted caramel and peanut butter milkshake is unbelievable!

I’m actually a regular customer of Loaded but never thought to write a review till now. Key points: - Great tasting fresh food: I always get beef and the hubby always gets chicken and we both love it - never had any complaints - Buffalo wings are DIVINE - Customer service is really good the waiters check on you mid way to see if everything is okay - Food comes quickly (important point because most of us get hangry) Last time I went there, I took my ring off to tuck into the wings (as you do) and forgot it there when we left. The waiter literately ran quite far down the road to get to us to give the ring back- thank you for doing that was really nice of you!

Very much ordinary food. Absolutely shoddy service. The only thing good about this restaurant was the waiter, very enthusiast young lad. There was six of us, everyone got there food except for me, which came when everybody else finished there plates. Ruined the whole evening. Expect to pay £20 per head on burgers that were dry and tasteless. The cooking staff didn't really know what they were doing and constantly arguing with each other. Very badly run restaurant. Can't really understand there ratings, as I went to this restaurant over 2 years ago and thought I won't be going back but then thought give them another try. All six of us were left very much disappointed. Never again !!
