Soup was not as good as on previous occasions. I ordered the chicken soup. But on this occasion it appeared as if they had mixed it with some leftover lentil soup. Not ordering that again, which means i am unlikely to go at lunchtime. The grilled chicken was generous and delicious. They refused to serve us tap water, which was needed to take some medication, forcing us to buy a plastic bottle. I have been about 7 times, including opening night (when they served us burnt black salmon). On only one occasion has it been satisfactory. I think they have had enough chances. Time to walk on by.

We been to this restaurant today for first time and they really disappointed us. Food was disgusting with no flavour at all and service very poor only positive thing is the restaurant looking nice but since we been there for food as well that's not really make sense. 6.50 service charge on 43 pounds bill. Where service was nonexistence. Don't go there. Choose Sultan is 100 times better and next to them.

Lunch advertised as £8 to draw U in then to find its £8.99 outside posters apparently not updated... Ok...I went with my mum and son who's 2, and when I ask for a small glass of water for my son,was told don't have tap water?? Ok sorry do u not wash up then or have a running tap? Made to buy a bottle of water and charged £1.99 for what looked like a 20p cheap bottle of water. Then to find a service charge of £3.59 on bill at end! I'm sorry who adds a service charge for lunch and its not advertised anywhere, not child friendly in my eyes food was nice but service Etc let it down won't be returning

Exceptional in every way....Food is cooked to perfection...The Staff are the most attentive, courteous and friendly people you could ever meet, always willing to please......Its very rare to find such a perfect place to dine in this area... My husband and I come here regularly for dinner and absolutely love it.

Similar to many other Turkish restaurants in the area but their food tastes fresher. It's often very busy which might be the reason why it does better in terms of quality. The prices for drinks are on the higher side, but I guess they have to make their margins somewhere.
