Me and my friend went to Nando’s today to experience the amazing cuisine or as some call it a cheeky Nando’s. Now let me tell you guys something. It was delicious. Honestly could say one of the best meals I have ever had. I had the double chicken burger medium on the peri meter. I would have taken a picture of this but I had already eaten it because it looked and smelt so good. The cola refill is a great idea as well. I thought that was going to be the best thing about the meal but the salted caramel brownie was Devine. Please see below. If you get the chance to try this please do. In terms of restaurant standards they were very clean and very swift with the food, I had no complaints, the staff are really nice and helpful. The seating the great as well. Thanks Nando’s for a great meal, I will be back soon.
Food tasted great as usual however, food has shrunk and the prices haven't changed. Burger, garlic bread and even the portion of chips are much smaller. Normally can't finish because there's to much on the plate, sadly was still hungry afterwards.
Had a fantastic meal again at Nandos, great service and very helpful staff, the atmosphere was nice as usual. It's situated at the brewery at Cheltenham, near the cinema. Parking: Car parks very close. Paid.
Amazing service as always in Nandos. Visited few of the chain restaurants before so high quality as always. Special thanks today to Reece who has been amazing in his customer service and his professionalism is second to none. Massive credit to the company. Definitely coming back.Food: 5/5
I have always enjoyed my "Nandos" meals- be it a brunch or a dinner. Today at Cheltenham, we visited it to have a sumptuous chicken meal. We ordered sunset chicken burgers and peri salted spiced chips. It was truly delicious and with each bite lead to more relish. The staff is so excellently trained and polite. They also helped us with our sitting choice. Trent was outstandingly courteous and made our visit very memorable. The music gets you into the mood to enjoy your meal and the ambience is super-duper. Thank you.
No real welcome at the entrance, no explanation of the process once seated. We sat opposite the serving area and witnessed food sat 5-10 minutes or longer before going to tables. Food was cold, chicken was tough and dry, garlic bread inedible. Staff aimlessly walking around the restaurant just passing time. Nobody checked if our food was ok. Zero customer service. Won’t be returning.
The service could be improved. Had to wait about 45 mins for our food. It was only served when we chased for it. It turned out that our food was ready to be served quite some time ago, but no one had bothered to pick it up. It had been sitting in the heating area for too long and my garlic bread became too hard to chew. The staff look unhappy so perhaps they are not motivated enough.
Not bad. Food was very good. All seems a bit self service, wasn't sure what Nandos was about so nice to try it out. Table ordered individually, however, others food came out way before mine even when I ordered before and had the same food, hence the 3 star service and 4 star overall. Couldn't knock it otherwiseFood: 5/5
Came to Nandos with two friends and when we arrived we were told we would have to wait 5mims but we were seated within two minutes told the waiter Gabriel that we had a special occasion and asked if he could bring out a small something for one of our friends, he asked the manager who agreed! So massive thank you, as well as this considering it was busy for a week night, the service was absolutely awesome and Ellis who also served us was very kind and helpful especially for her first shift! Thank you Nandos Team Cheltenham! Dietary restrictions: One of our members was gluten free and they were really helpful!
Just received our Deliveroo order, 75% of it missing, rang Nandos, not accepting calls, the pitta that did arrive was spicy and not lemon and herb … chips were cold. I’ll never order from Nandos again.
