Ordered 2 whopper meals last night and 1 double whopper on the app, the 2 whoppers were in a deal for £9.99 and double was £7.99. The deal came up on my receipt but I was charged £36 including tax and delivery for that and the deal hadn't obviously worked. When the food arrived it was just sat on my doorstep, no knock and no doorbell went off. The food was freezing and when I opened up all whoppers there was 2 tiny tomatoes, a tiny bit of lettuce and a tiny bit of mayo. Very disappointing I'd warn everyone not to go here and I will be telling everyone to go elsewhere. 0 stars
Never ordering here again. Chips tasted cold and rotten. Burgers gone off. Coke half way full and tasted like cherry. The manager needs to be sacked. The small man at the tills gave my daughter weird looks when she got food there.
I understand you shouldn’t expect fast food to be gourmet quality but at the very least I expect my food to be clean, I’ve had to file a complaint with health and food standards agency after contracting food poisoning from a vegetarian burger, it didn’t look fresh and granted I probably shouldn’t have eaten it. Me and my partner were the only two people in the fully staffed building and yet the workers appeared to be sharing one brain cell between them; filthy floors, tables and kiosks should’ve been a warning. Please, if you value the ability to control your bodily fluids then do not consume food prepared here.
Very hit and miss dependant on the time you visit and which Staff are on shift.Used to be the home of the legendary B.K.Billy.Perhaps they should get him back for his entertainment value at least.He sure could strut his stuff with attitude.This place is a bit dull now,and needs to be cleaned a bit more regularly.Recommended dishesFries, Flame Grilled Burgers, Oreo Fusion
I ordered a meal on user eats from burger King and burger King did not put the drinks with the meal i called b.king to tell them that and the guy on the phone was like you have to complain to ubereats what a waste of time messed my meal plus ruined my evening.
Shambles every-time we order from here. Always things forgotten from the order. Today’s order both burgers came completely plain just Mayo. Paid extra for cheese in the one whopper and it was put in the one that didn’t! Rude manager too
Half the meal didn’t arrive and the half that did was cold. Couldn’t get through to the branch to enquire about this to try to resolve the issue. Useless.
Cold food, salad missing , slow service Vegetarian options: Few choices.
Can only pay with card which seem stupid as this country was built with cash. Have to use a touch screen to order even though there was numerous people standing round behind the counter, when asked if one of them could take an order the response was basically rude to the point of leaving the restaurant without order a thing. Burger King really needs to sort this place out - it’s 2022 and ordering fast food was ment to be easy in this place it clearly is not. One star is being generous…
Dont accept any Deliveroo order if you’re not going to make and delivery it right away and instead turn the schedule delivery on to tricks people into ordering! It’s not very clear on Deliveroo if you’re hungry and tired. If you cannot accept order - even if it is way before your store closes - just say you can’t accept order. It’ll make things easier for people who needs food right away, not first thing in the morning. Perhaps speak to Deliveroo and change that eh?
