Too long to wait, restaraunt was cold as the door was left open and we had small flies annoying us. Food was good but for to be told there was no mayo!! In Nandos!!! Un thinkable. Eventually we were brought some.
Took my 2 boys in and they loved it. The servers were so helpful and friendly. Had a great visit thanks.
Tasty food. Easier to have delivered rather than collection as it can take a while to be ready sometimes.
I've dined in the restaurant few times and have ordered takeaway from them few times too, I will say that they take much longer on take away orders even through you ordered in advance which is bit annoying. But the Staffs are great and friendly.
Food was good, didn't wait too long as well which is a bonus these days. However, they're was lots of flies in the place, bit gross to be honest
Great food and friendly service. Wait wasn't the 3 hours it stated for the virtual queue. From scanning QR code to getting seated was an hour. Not bad with the current restrictions.
Extremely poor. Queued in the rain today to see the front of house woman talking to a delivery driver, overheard saying “we’re not that busy but I’ve closed the queue anyway” then refused our custom saying “nah, we haven’t got any tables” and walked in the door without even an apology. So a 6-person table went elsewhere - avoid.
Lucy was amazing best customer service we have both had since Covid restrictions. She was on the service app and saved our table a few mins extra when we were rushing to the venue. Really lovely and friendly.
Exceptional service. Didn't know how to use the qr code. Staff was very helpful. Let us come out of the cold. Clear explanation of how to use the app.Thank you.
Extremely bad meal. The food was very cold and chicken inside of chicken wrap had a bad taste. I had a nausea all day because of chicken. Awful meal........
