A spontaneous visit to the MaCh! It certainly did not disappoint. We booked a table for 2 over the phone and managed to get a table 30 mins earlier than online. The restaurant is a detached building with a separate carpark which is super convenient. Inside is beautifully decorated as I hope the pics will attest. For people collecting food, there's a nice area by the bar. The food was magnificent; from the poppadoms, mixed platter and the mains - my lamb Bhuna was one of the best I've had for a long time. One thing we both commented on in the dining area was the lighting - we found it to be a bit on the bright side. Otherwise, it was a fantastic meal and a place I would happily visit again for more delicious food.
Amazing Indian food! Visited with family and we all really enjoyed our meal- the onion bhaji was a particular highlight. Plenty of parking outside too. Highly recommend if in the areaRecommended dishesPapadum and Chutney
Went for dinner with a friend, 7:45 reservation. Simply great food, the menu is not massive but plenty to choose from. Good service and so tasty! Not been here in about 10 years and back then it was OK. This was excellent and we will definitely be back. Thank you! Only thing that would make it better would be some type of spice ratings on the Classics menu. Words like "hint of spice", "spicy", "medium" are shown on some but being able to consistently compare all the mains dishes for heat would be really helpful. I had a Madras "hot" and it was spicy but not overwhelming so I was happy!
Loved it. Nice place. Has its own parking. Next to a Fuel station so easy to find. In terms of food...I would rate good. Me and my family are a foodie bunch. All of us including my kids liked the food Mushroom bhaji, tadka dal, chilli garlic Coriander Naan, saag Paneer, etc. Papadopoulos and Chutney in the beginning. Even on a working day it was full capacity. Lots of space. A bit out of city but only 5-10 minutes by car. Toilets were clean. Restaurant looked clean. Within the restaurant a place looked separated for small parties 10-30 people. Service was fine. Choices on Draft beers a bit less but compensated through bottled ones ! Overall nice. Look at pictures to judge for yourself.
What an amazing place to eat. The food is top-notch. Good location just outside of Lincoln with plenty of parking. Friendly and passionate staff that care. This is my second visit and it won't be my last. Vegetarian options: Good selection Parking: Immediately outside the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access as standard
Absolutely amazing. Service was flawless if a little timely, but once the food arrived the wait was understandable. Could not find a single thing wrong. Main was plentiful, large portion of rice and sizeable breads. Staff were brilliant, really friendly. Stood by patiently as 6 grown men squabbled among themselves as to how to split the bill. 10/10 across the board, we will be using this place again in the very near future. Thanks everyone. Vegetarian options: A little thin on vegetarian options, could've expanded a little more. However, with the experience we received, I find it unlikely that the kitchen would not be able to accommodate easily. Parking: Got about 15-20 parking spaces outside, which is more than sufficient for the area and restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: All single level, aside from the one eating area in the middle which had around 4 tables, but as above, I belive the staff would be easily able to accommodate
Birthday meal for 6... we have personally attended a well known Indian top end of town twice in two weeks.... The Mach is a beacon of light.. Great atmosphere amazing flavours and a far better choice of venue. Thank you
First time at MaCh tonight. In terms of traditional Indian cuisine, MaCh is basic. The food is nice, but it's nothing special and doesn't stand out from any other Indian restaurant. There doesn't seem any imagination or personal touch to the dishes. The staff weren't massively warm or smiley. All of which were very young and didn't seem too focused on customer service. I won't be returning, but if you like a basic Indian meal, give it a try.
Nice place, the food was nice and tasty, the interior is nice and the staff friendly. Has it's own car parking which is nice. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the wait, but the quality of what you get more than make up for that.Food: 5/5
Really good and really tasty food. Went at 8:30 on a Friday and it was packed. Friendly staff and workers. All meat is halal certified, needs to be advertised as they’re missing out on all the Muslim costumers they can get in.
