Love nandos, simple food, but tasty and you don't have to wait ages Food: 5/5
Poor customer service, terrible tasting and not good value for money. We order the butterfly chicken which was described as "two chicken breasts, flame-grilled with crispy skin." and 2 sides, wings and drinks.for a total of around £25 Chef must have mistaken the 2 chicken breast as described for a hummingbird and then proceeded to good them until they were incredibly dry. When we mentioned the complaint to a waitress she simply laughed and moved on. Broccoli was tasty as were the wings.
Food taste lovely but extremely disappointed that the butterfly chicken was smaller than the palm of my hand. Left the restaurant feeling just as hungry as when we arrived. Unfortunately it was not worth the money we paid and will probably not be returning.
My friends absolutely loves this place, I'm not the biggest fan as in the past I had a really nice vegetable burger and none of the current vegetable burgers are nice. Personal preference though, just wish the was more selection. LOVE the hallumi thoFood: 4/5
Food was delicious and waiting time was worth the wait only because it was busy at the time. Service however was abit poor. the gentleman at the front door was happy but the servers were abit miserable and didn’t check in with us and ask how’s the food.
Waited for 45 mins to receive food which was cold on arrival. Chicken was tough an dry which had most definitely been left waiting on the counter. Would not recommend.
Super staff and manager. We arrived just after 22:00. They had all the time for us. We weren't rushed or made to feel it was time to leave. They don't have all the menu to hand as it was the end of the day but they were prepared to make whatever we wanted so long as we didn't mind waiting. Now, about the food. We chose something different. Four 4 off the bone wings with two regular small sides. I had supergrain and macho peas. The only problem was my Nando's app kept crashing. This had nothing to do with the actual restaurant. Sorry but cannot give 5 out of 5 but it came close, very close.
Good food and very nice interior. Orders are placed from the table by scanning a qr code, you can also use your loyalty card.
Good food, lots of options as usual. Great for veggies and there are a few vegan options including mains and desserts. The interior of this Nando's is great, I've never seen one like it! Food arrived fairly quickly, staff were efficient and friendly.
On line order booked for an hour later then order. Arrived on time then had to wait 15to 20 mins for order to be made up delivery guys didn't wait so guess they are priority. Poor food was good as normal
