Ordered 2 mini fillet burgers got 2 mini fillets on their own. At £1-39 each a ripoff. Also ordered a fillet burger meal with a piece of chicken. Fries were cold and chicken looked like a hot wing. Waited 6 minutes for meal eben tho place was empty. Staff didnt care and the staff cooking with beard snoods off. Complained on kfc website no reply

I went to my local store( Bromborough, Wirral) and to be honest I wish I hadn't bothered. Firstly, when I asked for gravy I was told there wasn't any. I mentioned that it was early ( teatime) not to have any, the reply I got was basically " so what". On waiting for my order the whole restaurant could hear the conversation going on between two staff& I think he was a supervisor about breaks, when one asked about a break the language that came from the supervisor's mouth was totally unacceptable at any time let alone in a restaurant full of people some with kids. If people want to hear the F word then go somewhere else. When I said "charming" in a sarcastic tone I was laughed at by the two behind the counter. I got my order and left. I know you think that I'm just another moaning customer but I am actually in the retail business with 30 years experience so I know how stressful it can be but it doesn't mean that staff can behave in this manner. I won't be going there again. Thankyou for time

we went Saturday the place was dirty the floor had not been cleaned. chips forks chicken spilt pepsi and red source and mayo sachets. guys cooking in the back with beard snoods left down. i wont go their again.

Foul. Staff look like they should still be in school, no senior members of staff to be seen. You'd think that having almost 2 weeks closure they would give the place a clean. Leaves and dirt all over the place, tables piled high with chicken carcasses and grease. I fail to see how staff get so dirty from working a till... Do they have a competition for the dirtiest aprons? Im not a great lover of McDonalds but the place is always clean and the staff actually look like they give a toss.

Shabby, unkempt and cold, poor level of service. If you complain, shoulders are shrugged.
