OUR MISSION

NAMA was created to enrich, inspire and nurture. Our raw food café is situated in the heart of Queens Park and provides savoury and sweet dishes, catering, juice and food cleansing programmes and more.

INTEGRITY

Wherever possible, we provide foods from sustainable and ethical sources using the finest organic ingredients. We do not use any processed foods, wheat, dairy or refined sugar.

We prepare our food with creativity, flair and diligence. Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality raw food cuisine available, which tastes as good as it looks.

One of our aims in setting up NAMA is to introduce people to an alternative lifestyle choice, one of nutrition, health and wellbeing. By bringing people of this mentality together, we aim to create a community of shared vision.

EDUCATION

Through our workshops, we aim to increase people’s understanding of raw food and its many health benefits, with support from a variety of highly respected fellow chefs, nutritionists and holistic practitioners. We are passionate about sharing our skills and knowledge with you.
