Second time I foolishly visited this place and I will endeavour to never go again. This company is 'pure'ly focused on ripping people off! Small portions / over priced and rude staff. Don't ever do the make your own! Ten years living in London and this is by far the worst place to eat!

Got a salad And Charged £10.30 ... When i asked For the breakdown Coz it sounded way too expensive for a salad the lady behind the till didn't know. Vital ingredient makes the same exact salad for 6.25! I will never go to Pure again and so all my colleagues . Rip off!

Celebrity skin salad is mostly leaves and not much salmon / cashews. Overpriced and bland for £6.60

From a time about one to two years ago, we had memories of this place being nice, the food being tasty and the atmosphere calm and friendly. But after going there yesterday, I can say never again. The chicken noodle soup was bland and made from instant powder, the wraps were mostly wraps, very little filling. Although the sign on the shelf said the staff would be able to prepare any of the unavailable wraps fresh, that was not the case when we asked them to. The "dressing" in the "health salad" or "superfood salad", cannot remember exactly, was mostly just pure vinegar, which made it too sour, not balanced or complimenting other ingredients at all. As we sat fumbling the food in disbelief, a fast-paced banging music was penetrating our ears, conveying a clear message: "gobble and get out, gobble and get out" repetitively. Sad to see a potentially good place to have become an overpriced chain with false value claims.
