Very disappointing received a get ready for London voucher which involved nail appointment and nail art - not their fault but took 40 minutes to remove my previous application so that was most of appointment up then had to have speedy gel but no glitter art bling or anything I get here at home in a small town in Scotland-was expecting so much more would not ever return also had a coughing fit no water available though staff member went and got fir me at £2 cost - used to be a good experience in Harvey Nichols with champagne etc . Girls were lovely eventually but think at first they were not happy at me. Just disappointing.Service: Nail polish changes
I had the express manicure today. The nail technician was super friendly and really amazing! She wasn’t only quick but also very precise. I don’t know what her name is as it wasn’t on her name tag. But she is the one with red nails with gold foils on them! Will be back soon x Update: 6 days later and my nail polish is still intact! That’s a rarity! They usually start chipping away in a couple of days :
