Talented Matt transformed my hair from a bit of a mess with a skillful cut. Visiting a new hairdresser can be nerve wracking, but he absolutely got what I wanted and took it beyond a simple trim to a great hairstyle that really suits my features and fine hair. He also made some great product recommendations - and he wasn't trying to sell me stuff, he was trying to help. I love my cut! I'll definitely be back when I'm in London again.
I had my hair cut today by Francesca. She did an incredible job! This was my first time getting a haircut in 10 months. I wanted a short cut with layers. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I love it! Highly recommend this salon and Francesca!

The stylist was really rushed, did not pay attention to what she was doing, felt like she just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, definitely not worth the money. I got a scissors short hair cut, which if done properly should take about 1 hour and a half. I was out of there within 40 minutes, including a hair wash. I showed her references for the style I was going for, but she seemed more interested in being done with it than making sure I'm getting a nice hair cut that fits me. The cuts she made felt random, and gave me the impression that she was just shortening the hair wherever the scissors would land rather that intentionally styling my hair and giving me a specific haircut. Felt like she picked up a pair of scissors and said to herself "how hard can it be". As a woman, with short hair, the stylist paying attention to my features and then making creative decisions based on them as they cut my hair is very important - that is the difference between a barber and a stylist, and the reasoning for the price and time spent there. overall disappointed, will not go there again.
Matt at Kleins Hair & Beauty is simply the best! I've trusted him with my hair for years, and he never disappoints. He consistently keeps me looking sharp and professional, and his friendly personality makes every visit enjoyable. Plus, the fun conversation and good gossip are always a bonus. Highly recommend!
Michelle is an absolute star! My visit lasted 30 mins and she made me feel like brand new. She listened to what I wanted as a restyling and she gave me an amazing cut, and blow dry was absolutely a masterpiece. She enhanced my natural hair and this is great. Thank you so much. Highly recommended - Had to also add I emailed the salon today to ask about what products were used to make my curls so nice and they responded so quickly with a link to purchase the products Superb customer service too!!
This was my first appointment at Klein with Michelle. I wasn’t happy with a cut I’d had at another salon. Michelle was great, she listened to me and understood. She gave me a great cut/restyle and I felt much happier. I can definitely recommend this salon and lovely Michelle, a very experienced hairdresser. Thankyou.
It was my first time at this salon. I had an amazing haircut from Matthew. I think it’s probably the best haircut that I’ve ever had! The best blow dry as well!! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! And Matthew is one of the nicest hairdressers I’ve come across. Unpretentious and just a lovely person :-
Francesca is always great. She listens and understands the client’s wishes and suggests accordingly. I have not been to any other place since getting my first haircut with Francesca last year. Very professional team and great experience always!
