I went to the salon after hearing great reviews about it. All of the staff were very friendly, and their hospitality is unmatched. The service was performed by Rani, who did an amazing job. She also gave me advice on aftercare and some products to help me care for my nails.  I received a follow-up call a few days later to see how my nails are doing as they have a 5 day guarantee policy!  I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I've never had a service like this. I would highly recommend.

The first 2 pics are 7 days after the gel manicure, the second 2 are right after the manicure. Nail tech was friendly and did my cuticles and prep well, but one finger bled. The nail color is inconsistent and patchy, and the shape is also inconsistent not visible in pictures. I paid £35 for this. Personally I wouldn't come backServicesManicure

I just had the most incredible experience with a gel manicure and pedicure! My nail artist, Rezia, is incredibly talented. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and created a design that not only matched the picture I showed her but was also perfectly suited to my nail shape. I absolutely loved it! The pedicure massage was wonderfully relaxing, leaving my feet looking fresh and feeling soft. I can't wait to return soon!

I was happy to be able to book on the same day. I tried to book other places, but they were all full for the day, so I was very grateful to find this place.  It was my first visit.  Whilst doing pedicure, I felt a sharp pain when she was filing my toes with a rough nail filer. A bit of discomfort,I thought.  After I came home, my toe started hurting and found a cut on my big toe from the nail filer. I’m about to go to bed now, but it’s still stinging.  I usually don’t like to mention negative experiences, but I thought I should this time so it won’t happen again.  Despite the pain and the scar, I love the results of my nails.  Cleanliness: I noticed that the foot bath wasn’t washed after use even though there was salt in there and staff filled water for the next client.  It’s not really hygienic. It should be at least wiped off or rinsed out after each use.

Went to Trieu for the first time today to get extensions and will definitely be back! Rezia was fab and got my nails exactly how I wanted them, recommending the best treatment for me and what to expect going forward. The atmosphere is lovely and everyone was friendly. I have been here a couple of times and had amazing experiences both times - it’s a lovely environment and the nail artists are so nice and friendly. I was offered drinks/snacks and I had a 20% discount during my second visit. My nails both times have looked absolutely beautiful. I had Rani the second time who was just amazing and Sue the time before who was also brilliant! I’ll definitely be returning, this is my favourite nail salon and I’ve been to quite a few!  Polly xx

I had my nails made by Rani and I’m so happy with the result! She was also explaining a lot about the techniques used so that I know exactly how and what I have on my nails. Had an amazing manicure with Rani the other day! She was very attentive, making sure I was getting exactly the nail art I wanted. She also recommended me what type of shape and treatment was better for my nails. 10/10 !

Absolutely stunning experience. Flo was such a pleasure to work with, and she was so patient, so professional and made sure the nails were perfect. I got exactly what I wanted and more! I got a BIAB chrome and she finished everything in under an hour which is so impressive!
