If i could leave a 0 I would. AVOID AT ALL COST. Rude staff, extremely unsanitary old nails laying around and they use used tools my nails came off after 36 hours, I went there and they were angry with me because they ruined my nails. They scraped off my natural nail and now 3 days after the “redo” they’re falling off again. Absolute safety hazard. The Young guy with fake Gucci coughed so much and now I’m coughing and is super unwell. I did the mistake and didn’t take the negative reviews seriously because I thought everyone can have a bad day but this was just a huge mistake of going.

Wouldn’t go here again. I had acrylic infills done here for £31! The same day I noticed the gel was all yellow around the edges I just chose plain pink plus within a few days the gel started peeling off and the acrylic completely chipped. Having to pay for refills before I’d need to.

well i use to go to this salon with no complaints, then i went just before carnival to get them done got a new lady to do my nails she took for ever to do infills and now my nails within 4 days of getting them done my nail have broken off from the tips only, in over 30 years getting my nails done this has never happened. So very unhappy with the job done on that day, saying that the workers are very nice and normally do a great job!

I must say a really bad experience I went to remove my nails and they left me with the acetone almost 45 minutes and I was telling the stuff that my fingers where burning and I couldn’t keep them there and they then finally pay attention to me and start taking them off. I have take my nails off before and they never had them on the acetone such a long time it was painful. Really rude in general the stuff by the way

Enjoyed Pedicure and Manicure Last week. Katie transforme my aged nails. Bright cheery toes. Subtle hands. She painted various layers on my hands. Have been doing a lot of gardening, without gloves!! My nails remain perfect .....NO CHIPS Thank you Katie.! ....She only works Part Time ....
