Left halfway through my appointment cause they literally made prices up on the spot and couldn't justify it when I asked how it all added up to £46 nowhere on their price list. They also tried to charge an extra £21 for chrome on top of the cost for the set of acrylics, which was ridiculous!  The nails were filed at a crooked angle and the girl was really rude when I asked her to fix it.  Charged me for a full set of acrylics even though I didn't have any colour or top coat and they didn't even trim the cuticles/ apply any nail oil at the end etc.  completely avoid this place

Great - very efficient and saw me as a walk in with no wait. Poor - its been a week and already 2 nails have peeled off I didn't pick them they just lifted away as full pieces.

I' went for my usual manicure and pedicure today to Katy's nails in Spring Street, Paddington London W2. I' was about to pay my bill by cash as usual, to my amazement it was £14 extra because a new owner, and because they put a coat of paint on walls, and a new chair type spay to soak the feet. I' won't return again, but will miss the two sisters after visiting them for several years, I' didn't see another customer either. If she had told me in advance then I' wouldn't have gone there, she is definitely trying on for now, but she wont have any regular customers left charging what she thinks it's right for her.

If you go to this nail salon, be sure to have your nails done by the lovely woman with the ponytail. She is the best manicurist I have ever experienced and did my gel extensions exactly the way I wanted and is extremely lovely.  On the other hand, the negative reviews I believe to be concerning the woman with the short hair. She cut into my nails beds, I have thin cuts from angling the nail file at its sharpest most point into my nail beds she claimed that I was the problem for having short nails, but she was the one who cut them like that, she said bad things and complained about me in another language to the kind woman, who scalded her. The nails are done extremely unprofessionally and the gel is very thick. I am not a difficult customer and do not expect to be spoken to by the person doing the manicure, but this lady seemed to have the utmost contempt for me  from the very beginning of the appointment, unprovoked by me.  If you go, which you should as long as you get the ponytail lady as she really is the best manicurist out there, and get away if you get the short haired lady, she is mean and will probably hurt you.

Dreadful exoereince. They did a shellac manicure and the nail polish is all smudged. I did say at the time but she said the top coat would clear it - it didn't and I'm left with nails that look a mess. They were far too rushed and just want you in and out. And for £35 it's a rip off. I genuinely wouldn't recommend going as I'm going to have to find somewhere else to sort them out as they look horrible and will no doubt peel off quickly.

The quickest and best value for money place in the area to do your nails to be honest and the most accommodating for me that's so important,I have been going on more or less 4 years now and even if I moved far aways I keep returning. Thank you Katy's nails

They’re very quick, good prices… Not the most relaxing or cleanest but you can always get them done quick.

I went here for an infill with gel. Not only did it cost me 33 pounds ! but not three days after getting my nails done they are flaking. Additionally, they infill was not even done correctly and it looks like I haven't had a fill in over two weeks. Would not recommend. The prices advertised are not what is charged.

High quality manicure/pedicure, super quick 45min-1h for gel and cheap. Yes, there is no luxury decor, but I’d rather get amazing manicure for £25-30 in 45 min than sit in a fancy place for twice the time and amount.
