My daughter had a great party in the club . Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had to just bring the cake and everything was ready for us . Lovely and clean place . Highly recommended
* Most of the time it's very calm, and not too busy. There are peaks during birthday parties - expect tens of kids descending on the soft play. It's harder to find parking if you arrive at that time.n* The staff are very friendly and polite. You can see it's a family run business - no time slot restrictions, for example.n* Fair food prices, and the kids usually gobble it all.
Treated horrifically by staff who accused me of lying after one of the waiters took our food and coffee away which was not even close to being finished. I asked if I could get another coffee and they could forget about the food but they said no and called me a liar. Extremely rude. Also very dirty.
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with 25+ kids, parents and siblings. It was amazing - very well organised and hassle free for us, super friendly and nice personnel, tasty food, beautiful decorations and very nice soft play area. We choose VIP package and it was closed for public. Snacks for parents were also very nice and tasty. I highly recommend this place and will come back again soon to celebrate our son’s birthday. Thank you very much for making our daughter’s birthday really special! Xxx
Small soft play which was fairly clean, I'd say the age range is 0-4 years here. My daughter was a bit underwhelmed here.nCafe food seemed frozen too, I always appreciate a soft play that can provide fresh food for children.
