I had both my son's joint party at Gambado on a Saturday evening from 6.30-8.30. This was the private hire timing. It was seamless! Everything from start to finish was great. The kids ran wild and free. The adults were calm as there was no one else around. I've never done a childrens party where I come home calm! Would definitely do it again. Thank you Gambado!
The staff at the entrance had a bad attitude and were visibly impatient, which was very disappointing as someone who has brought kids here multiple times. If it weren’t for worrying about upsetting the kids, I would have left immediately, but today will be the last time. I advise other friends not to come here anymore; it will ruin your family’s mood.
Amazing playground ans super friendly staff. We went in the am which was quite empty and we enjoyed it immensily. The auto-scooter is a highlight and so are the two large slides build inside the soft-play. We had a lunch too, which was surprisingly good. The staff is very child-friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Many thanks!
A dirty, unhygienic chaotic play place built for the profits rather than the benefit of children’s enjoyment or safety. I was here for a party and was disgusted by the ‘food area’, with a mixture of sweets and toys being sold in the same area and the damaged food display unit filled with stale food and condensation. If the outside looks like this, I’m afraid what we can’t see must be worse. Maybe this is why there isn’t a food rating sticker anywhere. The party area was the worst makeshift area I’ve seen and no one cleaned a table in our area or the surrounding tables in the two hours I was there. People left, their food and paper cups stayed and was still there with the next cohort of paying parents. The party partitions are dated, grubby, cheap and the place is generally unhygienic with food everywhere. The floor was wet and filthy from the rain and there wasn’t a mop insight, honestly it’s just disgusting. In 2025, with the cost of everything being so high, you must do better to keep your customers. I’ll be avoiding this place for the foreseeable future.
I recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Gambado, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the day special.nI was in a rush when we got there, and La-tania truly was a lifesaver. She took charge of the decorations, set up the table, and blew up all the balloons with incredible efficiency. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole process seamless, allowing us to focus on enjoying the party.nnDuring the celebration, Charlie was our host, and he continued the fantastic service. He was organized, present, and always ready to help, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.nnOverall, my daughter and her friends had the most amazing time at Gambado Chelsea.nI highly recommend this venue for any party! Thank you, Gambado team, for making my daughter's birthday so special!
