The activity itself was great, the kids loved it, however, similar to some other reviews, some of the staff really have no concern for safety. The girls at the front desk were very helpful, however, the 3 staff inside the actual play area should not even be allowed to work there. They are supposed to be overseeing health and safety, both make staff were on their phones and one was asleep. It is completely unacceptable. If a child gets hurt or stuck, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Nice place for children and adults to have fun. Children enjoyed it a lot. Only a few places need to be fixed there as it's not soft there. I was walking and gave a space to a child and fail my self into the balls, failing on my knees. There was a hard floor, barely walking today, having big bruises as well. Hope thats will be fixed. They need to check it properly, that hard floor there, and fix it as I'm sure I'm not aline who got hurt there, children and adults. I hope it will be fixed, so we can go there again to enjoy it and hope Knee will recover it soon. Otherwise, it's a nice place. I like it that there is a lock as well to put our staff inside and not to carry with us or worry that's someone will take it. I'm still giving a 5 star, as I really hope that it will be fixed that. Someone needs to walk around and check it floor. Plus, thanks to a lady who works there who helped my daughter to look for me. Hope I will get a reply to my comment about when it's will be fixed, as we will be happy to go there again, but only when it's fixed, as I don't want to hurt again or children, as this place should be safe for everybody.
Lots of fun! Amazing equipment and a very exciting outing for kids. However, the staff are in need of improvement. Some of the employees who where supposed to be spectating the bouncy area where not paying attention at all! Some where on they phones,getting distracted and 2 of them were even sleeping! I feel this is unacceptable as my daughter was there with a friend and her friend fell down one of the slides and got hurt however the staff didn’t even notice!
I booked a session here as my nieces and nephews from Hong Kong are here on holiday. All four kids loved this place. The inflatable obstical course, slides and climbing areas went down a treat with them. As a parent, this is probably one place where you will have little to worry if tlyour kids fall down outside the entrance areas. The only down side was that the venue was quite warm, however we did go on the warmest day of the year so far.nI should mention staff were good and could be seen about the place. The cafe is small, but suitable enough for a drink and some food. Good enough I think for parents to sit around and chat.nMy brother said his kids loved it and would come back during his stay.
We had an amazing time at InflataNation! It’s a super fun and creative indoor park — my daughter absolutely loved every minute of it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.nnWe visited on a Thursday, and it wasn’t too busy, so we had plenty of space to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. Definitely worth the trip and the money — highly recommended for a fun family day out!
