Brad looked after me very well and I had good fun would recommend coming here and it’s affordable too and there’s a lovely bar you can get food and drinks and an arcade and bowling. A lovely place I’d recommend to friends and family.
WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!nnI went there with my family for my daughter's 12th birthday and we loved how we didn't have to wait for barely any attractions except for the e-kart--which was for about 30 mins each-- and rarely for the VR one.nFrom MANY VR attractions, bowling, mini golf, pro and junior electric karting and arcade games, we could by unlimited drinks and games for a cheap price!!!nEven if we had to wait for a little time, we still got engaged with the rest of the attractions!nThe VRs were SO realistic that I had totake it off many times but my kids didn't!!! nnWe all HIGHLY recomend going there!
I am extremely disappointed with the way my family and I were treated at the Wandsworth Town Arcade.nI spent over £200 on games with my 9-year-old son. While at the venue, I went to the bar to request water for my child. I waited over 20 minutes while other customers who arrived after me were served first. When I politely pointed out that I had been waiting longer and felt ignored, staff continued to disregard me.nEventually, water was provided. About an hour later, my son — who was actively playing and clearly tired — asked for water again. I returned to the bar and waited once more. This time, the treatment was noticeably worse, seemingly because I had previously questioned the delay.nI calmly asked why I was not being served. I did not insult or threaten anyone. Instead of addressing the situation, the manager Akshay Chaddha called security. I was then publicly removed from the venue by security staff Gravity Security – Abdul Ali for allegedly being “rude,” despite not raising my voice or offending any staff member.nBeing expelled in front of my 9-year-old son, simply for requesting water and questioning unequal treatment, was humiliating and completely unacceptable.nFor comparison, we went to the BrewDog next door immediately after. I explained what had happened and was treated with courtesy and given water without hesitation.nThis experience felt like retaliation for speaking up. The venue has CCTV, which will clearly show that I behaved respectfully.nI will not be returning and will be seeking advice regarding my consumer rights. Families and parents should be aware of how customers can be treated here when they raise reasonable concerns.
My favourite go to place for fun. They have lots of games and the ambience is just great. Love the arcade! It's a great place to take friends to and it is quite near to my place. I don't even have to go all the way to central London!
Needs a deep clean as looking a bit untidy and scruffy now! The mini golf was also really fun down and falling apart! I was shocked at how expensive it is now there too, £66 for 5 people to play 9 holes of mini golf and £4.95 for a pint of coke! Which I know is “London” prices, but still crazy! Not only that we were absolutely swarmed with kids under 10 running across the mini golf as we were playing. Wish the parents were able to stop them or at least the staff? But just no want or need to help! Waiting times for the bigger things like bowling were long so I would 100% suggest to book ahead of time if you need to!
