Always well looked after here. I recently had new dentures fitted and it was a great experience. Although there are no facilities for wheelchair users here I believe they will arrange a home visit.

The staff are so rude and very arrogant. I turned up for my appointment to be told ooh must have been deleted. i got a text few days before to remind me told receptionist this but said couldn't do anything bout it. I asked if they record phones calls so i could prove i did have an appointment receptionist said no, she then got very rude and said i had to look at the computer so she could prove i wasn't down on there. I told her i'm not calling you a lier but she still insisted i look !!! She was quite pleased to tell me they would be more people coming in today with same problem and seemed really happy bout it !!! Because i still needed an appointment she kept printing out appointment slips before i had chance to say if they were any good or not. She said tell you what i have and just reeled off dates and times AND WAS VERY RUDE DOING IT. Its enough to put you off going back but as i can't get into another dentist yet unfortunately i have to go there. Been trying to get hold of practice manager for 2 days now and that's just a joke. Anyone who has the choice of a dentist i wouldn't bother with this one !!!!!!!

i spoke to a lady today on the phone and she was more than happy to hekp me,my sisters go to this dentist and have a lot of nice things to say about it including how lovely all the staff are.

I booked my appointment as nhs client. Received a call 3 days prior appointment, was told it has to be canceled with no reason. Offered another appointment after 1 month. I think they just liars. Don't deserve to practice.
