I'm having a hard time giving even one star here. The so called "dentist" is the most arrogant, passive and unprofessional "professional" the term he uses to refer to himself as dentist I've ever come across. My daughter needs braces, it's quite obvious she does although the "dentist" has refused to refer her to an orthodontics despite having multiple check-ups to initiate this referral. He's said that she'd need a filling which we agreed to and the same thing has been happening on repeat. Every time I try to ask about her need for a referral he changes the subject and the matter is left undiscussed despite being the purpose of our visit. My daughter has been upset about the appearance of her teeth and it is starting to affect her confidence. The dentist is very rude and ignored my requests on many occasions, his nature is such that he does not like to be questioned, nor does he like to discuss your treatment options with you - as mentioned, he proceeded to do a filling on my daughter without any prior discussion. When asked about what exactly he was going to do he got angry. He acts and speak as if he is doing me a favour, I have right to ask about my daughters treatment and ask questions. He's clearly very intimated by even the slightest questioning. Makes you wonder whether he even qualified to be doing his job. He's clearly not confident enough in himself so how can I feel confident in his treatment advice.
All the staff have been very helpful from booking appointments to having my treatment. The dentists have always taken time to explain things throughly and made sure I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend!!!
Yes this dr amjad is so rude your not allowed to question him the whole dental knowledge is revealed to him any question you ask him he gets offended wouldn't want a dentist who's onautomatic pilot
Normally I never have problems at this dental practice but today I had a very bad experience. The receptionist was very unorganised and ended up making me wait for 50 minutes and I still didn't get seen by the dentist. Turns out she sent the wrong patients through, when it should have been me. Very disappointed had to reschedule my appointment which is 4 whole months later.
Fantastic service from Dr Siddique. Ver professional, polite and made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. My smile has massively boosted my confidence, i cannot thank the staff at empire house dental enough!
My first visit to this dentist.Wish I had gone there sooner.The dentist I saw was extremely efficient and listened to my concerns.She explained everything in detail and what she was going to do,putting me at ease.The support staff were again very efficient and helpful.Top Class may I add. Adding to my first review may I just say thank you to the dentist and all the staff for their excellent and professional manner of which I have received in the last few weeks.I can not speak highly enough of this dentist and the staff.A very big thank you to all.
Honestly, I can't fault Dr Siddique and the team at Empire House Dental. I had a problem over the weekend, called them up on Monday morning and I was seen early that evening. As someone of a nervous disposition when it comes to anything medical, let alone dentists, Dr Siddique and the team did everything they could to reassure me and make me comfortable. I was talked through the different options available, and given a breakdown of associated costs too. I'd happily recommend them to anyone!
Over the past few months I have had a lot of dental restoration work carried out by Dr Siddique, he explained why it needed doing, and sent me to the hospital for a second opinion. The work had to be completed in stages, with long appointments. He spread the treatment out, to give me time for recovery from each one. I was always confident he knew what he was doing, he was very thorough in every part of the treatment which involved 2 bridges and 3 crowns. I am very pleased with the final result, and can fully recommend Dr. Siddique for the skill he displayed during my treatment. I also want to say a big thank you to the dental nurse who showed me much care and compassion.
Overall experience was excellent, the receptionist was welcoming and very friendly, the Dentist Mr Siddique was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and any anxiety I had was soon put to ease. Definitely recommend 100%
Great experience and excellent professionalism from all staff!
