I was given an emergency appointment here after being in real bad pain with my tooth. Before I went I read reviews in here and was worried. When I arrived 2 guys were already in the waiting room - the first went in and came out very quickly, went on his way then came back in 2 minutes later and said the dentist had pulled the wrong tooth 😱. Decided to go through myself but no way was he pulling any teeth. I found the dentist very heavy handed - he took an X-ray and told me I needed either root canal or the tooth pulling. I opted to take antibiotics and chose to go to my own dentist. No faith in this one.

Been coming here since a teenager as I was referred by the hospital (2001) last few times I’ve been though I was upset to keep hearing how I shouldn’t be going on my own all because I’m disabled awful attitude it’s upsetting just because of a disability doesn’t mean I need watching over all the time. They have you coming back for cleans/polishing when they could do it at same time as check up. Toilet in the waiting area definitely isn’t for someone in a wheelchair whether there’s another elsewhere not sure

If i could rate this it would be 0. I have just been robbed by this dental clinic. I cant believe it, I was referred to this when I had an emergency. I was told that my tooth WILL get taken out but they gave me same pain killers I got from my previous appointment. Dr actually said GO PRIVATE. I was seen and dealt with in 60 seconds, man in the clinic did not even check my tooth properly. For 60 seconds they charged me £20.60 (for the information I already had at previous appointment). AVOIDE THIS I WOULD STAY HOME IN PAIN BUT NEVER VISIT THESE GUYS AGAIN
