Was with this practise years ago and moved out of the area. Was very frustrated with them as a patient due frankly to the inefficient reception staff who twice booked me in over the phone and verbally told me one date but logged another down on their system. Also on about 3 occasions I turned up to find the dentist they had booked me to see was sick or had taken a holiday. Their excuses for not calling in advance before I turned up were often grudging. I called this morning to see if I might arrange a checkup and naturally I realised I might need to become a new patient or find another dentist after several years absence from the area. However I was astonished when I was told that due to being 'archived' and a 'practise rule' I could not become a patient again. I asked for details and a copy of these rules I had never seen and the receptionist refused. I said I wanted to make Subject Access Request and she said I cannot. I explained it was the law and honestly it was like talking to someone who has no idea about customer service or basic good manners. There was a constant 'Im not responsible' attitude and either refusal to cooperate or a passing the buck. Disgusted with state of nhs dental care at the moment. Unreliable dentists and rude ignorant practise staff.

I've been registered with Dr Isaac's for a number of years now and go every 6 months for check ups if he sees a problem approaching he sorts it out straight away I would highly recommend this surgery 100% to anybody Mick S
