Friendly and competent service. The dentist I go to, Mrs. Ewa is very nice and does her job well. Clean and tidy rooms show a good standard of the clinic. The downside is that there is no car park.

My recent visit was enjoyable. The very friendly organised staff gave a real personal touch to my visit. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

So disappointed with the service, my husband is with a problem in one of his teeth for almost two months, in constantly pain, went there twice and the dentist  use a filler that keeping coming of, just called them and they said that  he need to wait for the dentist to come back from her  holiday in middle September. How a person in pain with a whole in his teeth can wait till September for an emergency treatment?? I constantly use the clinic by myself for a periodical cleaning in my tooth  what’s ok but if you are in pain and need urgent help is better looking for another place because they honestly don’t care.

Very good professional and friendly service. Paul takes care of all my families dental needs and is good at making all ages feel comfortable.

I have been to a lot of different dentist all over England, both private and NHS  practices and hospital. I was so unhappy with the treatment I got, that I would fly to Germany even just for a check up! When needed an urgent emergency treatment this was not possible, so went to my local NHS dental surgery and was treated by Dr. Sylwia. I was so impressed, that even when she changed practice I followed her to mydentist Moseley Ave and been going there for years now. My daughter also. Even so Dr. Sylwia no longer works in Coventry and for me it's quite far to go to Coundon, I'm still so impressed by the practice as of the outstanding, efficient, professional and friendly receptionist. They always take time to listen and ensure all is to your satisfaction. I always was able to get an emergency appointment when needed and my check up/ treatment appointments to when it was suitable for me. The reception team have great knowledge and were very helpful with all my questions. The dental nurses are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and put you at ease.  My new dentist Adrian is lovely and makes sure to explain everything in great detail to you. Today was the second time I saw him for a check up, ex rays and clean. Happy enough and already booked my next check up with him.  I like to say a " Big Thank you to all of the team" for looking after me all those years and hopefully the years to come. Specally Dr.Sylwia, she will be greatly miss, but wishing her all the best for the future.

I have been at this dentist for years. Paul and his team are amazing!! Always makes you feel at ease and a definite recommendation if you're an anxious patient. I've moved away from the area but travel back to stay with Paul and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Receptionists are also amazing and always go out of their way. Highly recommend  keep up the good work guys!!

As always Paul has always been good at explaining what is happening during my appointments which helps put me at ease.

I had a bit of a difficult time at the beginning but they came true to there word . They tried extremely hard to make things right. And the end result I'm happy with .Thank you for giving me back my smile.

Lovely efficient services all round from, excellent dentist lovely Rakesh who willing to work at the night shift, down to the lovely receptionist yesterday night , making sure about forms, payment and making next dental appointment. It was necessary cos we lost the momentum of visiting the dentist due to missing during the pandemic.  Truly grateful

Excellent Practice. Highly recommend. I am a patient here but had an emergency appointment which then had to be followed up two days later. They were really helpful and kind.
