First visit for my granddaughter who is two, to the dentist, which obviously the practice and the dentist knew about. Appointment time was 10.00 but on arrival they told us it was actually 10.10 as they had left ten minutes to complete a two minute form. Ok so then I asked if the dentist was running on time and I was told yes. I was asked to proceed up the SPIRAL stair case with the toddler and take a seat. There is nothing for children no toys or magazines to distract - outrageous. At 10.20, after trying to keep the two year occupied for ten minutes and having to hold her hand constantly to keep her away from the dangerous spiral staircase I proceeded back downstairs to make a complaint only to be told that the practice manager was not in and that I could complain via e-mail!.This practice is not toddler friendly and needs a risk assessment in place so that toddlers are not at risk of falling down that staircase. For those who care about toddler safety it is not rocket science.

No, thank you! Wouldn’t use it again. Dr Bhandal might know his stuff but he missed number of fillings that needed to be done and also didn’t even look at my teeth properly. In the end he left his practising dentist to do all the job. Was told I eat to much sweets (which I don’t) and rejected to do some of the work that needed to be done. Ended up going to another dentist and paying twice.

Absolutely amazing dental practice. I had a unnoticeable fracture on tooth that even x-ray did not show. Dr Bhandal diagnosed me in person. I was in pain for months. He took me in offered all the options. I took my choices and 3 weeks later they saved my tooth and put me out of immediate pain. I can not praise them enough. Dr Lorenzo and Dr Bhandal are the most professional dentist consultants I have come across in my existence of 47 years. Highly recommended!!

Phoned today for an emergency appointment as I'd broken a tooth and exposed the nerve. Was told to come straight in. I was absolutely terrified as hadn't been to a dentist in years due to previous bad experiences. Every member of staff I came into contact with were amazing! The dentist himself put me immediately at ease, talked me through my options and kept me informed each step. I left 2 hours later pain free, relaxed and even smiling. I hadn't felt a thing during the root canal procedure and I can't thank you all enough. Not only cured my pain but a 30 yer phobia 😀

I have visit today bhandal dentist with very big tooth pain. I wanted to extract it. Everything was great, quick and easy. Kind personnel and doctor.
