Had a tooth removed 2 weeks ago. Expected some pain, but the pain levels afterward were ridiculous. Contacted surgery told this was normal. Noted a white mark on the inside of my gum. Contacted them again was told again its not a problem. The white mark became sharp, it was a 1 cm piece of jawbone that has now punched through and the pain is unbelievable. They offered me an appointment in a weeks time, I am seeing a dentist in the wirral next week instead. What business allows a private paying customer to spend 2 weeks in agony after a procedure  I paid 250 altogether. One can almost imagine the smugness of the reception staff rebuffing me when calling. Do not use this dentist.

Amazing. As an anxious patient who has not visited the dentist for a very long time I found the whole experience reassuring.  My treatments were explained well and I was put at ease.

Not the one to write a review or anything but it’s most. Definitely owed to dr Alam my dentist after always being insecure about my smile, after a view appointments I’m back smiling again and I couldn’t thank dr alam so much I’m so delighted I can finally smile again. The best at what she does.

On time, quick, no problems and to top it off i had my 2 year old with me and to keep her entertained the dentist can’t remember her name sorry and her nurse Danielle i only remember because i have the same name were singing nursery ryhmes to her and made both me and her very comfortable and welcomed thank you so much : xxx

Not usually one to write a review but feel I owed it to future patients who may visit this practice. I had an emergency appointment at this clinic as I was experiencing pain which turned out to be an abscess. After spending 5 minutes with the dentist who done an X-ray and confirmed I did in fact have an abscess, I was told that all my top teeth would need to be taken out!  As you can imagine I was absolutely distraught but the dentist told me she wouldn’t discuss this with me as it was an emergency appointment and that was to deal with the abscess. The whole time she was talking to me she had her back turned and was typing away at her computer. Thank god for the dental nurse who gave me tissues and tried to console me.  I was prescribed antibiotics and told to book back in and we would talk about it then. I came in to the reception area where I tried to book an appointment but was told I couldn’t be seen until another 4 weeks!!!! Not even a follow up appointment to check the abscess had gone.  When I returned home in a complete state I decided that I would get a second opinion. I went to a different dentist the following day who was so much more compassionate and understanding that at the age of 34 I didn’t want dentures. He carried out some more X-rays and done a thorough check off all my teeth and gums. He then told me I didn’t need all my top teeth out but in fact needed root canal treatment and new veneers.  I will not be returning to this practice and strongly advise anybody who is going or has been here to get a second opinion.

I’ve been attending higher rd dentist 4 the past 20yrs would highly recommend you receptionist are very friendly even the dentist I see is very friendly which I think is important to have them qualities anyone looking for a dentist I would highly recommend higher rd Halewood dentist

Got an appointment very quickly. Arrived at the dentist and found it to be very welcoming. Straight in to see the dentist, and and x-ray was taken. Dentist discussed with me my options regarding this troublesome tooth. After an informative discussion I decided the best option would be extraction. Offending tooth was removed there and then, saving me having to make another journey. Dentist was very friendly and put my mind at ease and the whole experience was a positive one. Would highly recommend, especially for nervous patients

I’m very nervous around dentists but can highly recommend mydentist in Halewood. I was put at ease, had my treatment explained and was reassured throughout my treatment extraction and fillings. Friendly, helpful, professional staff and a pain free treatment. Thanks guys.  Another visit to mydentist Feb 2022 and once again i left happy. The friendly staff reassured me and my treatment was quick and painless. What more could i ask for? Thanks

My husband and I have been going to this dentist for 42 years, we are now on our third dentist,all who have been polite, considerate and friendly which is what you need to feel comfortable in what can be a stressful situation. Our most recent appt. was on 08/04 /2021 with Dr Elmira Dallali  who was extremely professional , friendly as well as listening to any concerns I had about my treatment .
