I'm an NHS patient at mydentist Rainhill. I hadn't been for a few years but I broke a tooth and managed to get a check up a few days later. A week after that, I had two teeth repaired and a scale by the very professional and kind Dr. Ayaa Hariri. I was always seen on time, which is difficult in a busy dental practice. Reception staff were polite and professional. I've been registered here for about 30 years and have never experienced any problems.
Mr Botha extracted my wisdom tooth today. It had broken and was causing a great deal of pain. I was very nervous but there was no need to be, his nurse sorry I don't know her name was so friendly and together they calmed me. It was pain-free and am so grateful to receive such good care.
I won’t be going back. I will be going back to my previous private dentist up the road. Their quote was very expensive much more than my private dentist. Magda was very unwelcoming, rushed, and made me feel very uneasy and I’m not even sure whether she actually did a check up? I had no treatment and literally spoke to her back for the 10 minutes while she was on computer. If you’re a nervous patient stay well clear! Horrible experience, I will take my £10 grand elsewhere!
I was about to start some dental treatment shortly before lockdown and had been referred to the dental hospital. Unfortunately all was put on hold. Several months later I required urgent treatment which the lovely dentist at my dentist rainhill carried out herself over numerous appointments and resolved my problems. She was patient, kind and caring, as was the dental nurse. I expressed an interest in dental implants and she referred me to Mr botha at the practice. It's been a long journey and I cannot thank him and his team enough for the patience and care that I received. My concerns were always understood and explained. They were so helpful and caring throughout the process and allayed my fears. Also the reception staff helped me through my journey and always offered words of encouragement, always being positive and friendly. Thank you to my dentist rainhill for great service. It really was appreciated.

Waited 1 hour for my appointment as there was a delay only to be told that they could not do anything about my teeth! Thank you NOT!
Very pleased with my first visit to My Dentist since my regular dentist of over 35 years left retired. The dentist I saw was Aishat who was extremely friendly and professional who explained in detail the "outcome" of my checkup.
Excellent patient care from Aishat Bashkir-Geumbo. I have significant health issues but the dentist was very mindful of my wellbeing and conducted the work both professionally and sympathetically. First class!
I have recently had 2 complicated procedures completed successfully by their dentist Ayaa Hariri. She found creative solutions to both, is caring, personable, and extremely thorough, and as an NHS dentist, precious to the service.
Just phoned up for a emergency appointment as my top dentures split in two was told by a very rude receptionist no NHS patients being taken on so I asked how much for a top set of dentures and was told 700.00 just for the top set discused please find a local caring dentist
