I love My Storage Pod! We have had a Pod since they first opened and have nothing but praise for the service they provide. The staff are always welcoming, polite and helpful; the facilities are super user-friendly and the storage is dry and spotlessly clean. Even the location just a few miles out of Chester is pleasantly rural yet very easy to get to. We can fully recommend it.

Staff are professional and always polite. There is no pressure selling. The staff will encourage any potential customers to visit the premises so you can decide if the site is suitable for your storage needs. The premises are clean, secure with easy access. There are a variety of options available regarding pod sizes with a clear pricing structure​.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely and clean as well. I felt really confident storing my stuff here. Would recommend to friends and family.

Why are the staff so cheerful!? Very different approach to others, a great personalised experience. Friendly, clean and the ease of use and access meant emptying our garage contents was so easy. Thank you again My Storage Pod. Tracey.

This is simply the best storage company - and I speak from experience. Clean and safe environment, staff that really care about what they do....I just can't recommend My Storage Pod highly enough - thank you to the team for your outstanding service and support!
