From the first contact to the last box in my Mums new bungalow everything was handled in a friendly professional manner. On the day the guys arrived on time and quickly went to work moving everything including stuff we hadn't finished boxing. An hour and a 1/2 later everything was packed including the garden pots. At the Bungalow everything was quickly unpacked and even the pot plants arranged on the patio. Thanks for a wonderful service :)

What can I say? I have never come across a more helpful, professional, friendly service EVER! The trials and tribulations of a stressful house move meant that I was changing move dates 3 days before I moved (and not a local move can I add - a 350 mile round trip type of move), but the calming, supportive and amazing attitude of this company was beyond expectations. They bent over backwards to help and support me - not many companies will do that these days! I chose Arthur Owen as they have moved my parents, grandparents and aunt over the last 20+ years, and I am so glad I took my families advice and booked with them.

Top top removals company. Got the job done no complaints. Even when getting their van in to tricky places seems a problem they have the answer. Thanks to all the team.

JUST HAD THE ARTHUR OWEN TEAM HELP US TO DOWNSIZE TO A BUNGALOW IN BUCKLEY. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM TOO HIGHLY THEY WORKED QUICKLY. AND EFFICIENTLY. DISMANTLING AND REBUILDING THE BEDROOM UNITS. A POLITE AND HARD WORKING GROUP OF MEN. LEAVING EVERYTHING IN WORKING ORDER.THEY PLACED THINGS JUST WHERE I ASKED . YOU CANNOT ASK MORE. AND THE COST WAS REASONABLE . THANKS AGAIN ALAN WALKDEN.
