Staff very polite but after following instructions to make account, which I did successfully. Still couldn't order. I responded and was told that a staff needed to put the order on first and that this would be done immediately. I tried again a few hours later but it just said staff member has not yet confirmed. So website is not a straight forward experience. I do use several websites and have. Never used one which I couldn't directly order from before,following making an account.
Last minute decision and they had availability for microfilm. Very helpful and guidance and instructions.
Exceptionally helpful staff and a great place to do your research in.
